Dazhe fastener’s China Brass Terminal Block  are made of high-quality brass, featuring three core properties: high electrical conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance and strong mechanical strength, which meet the basic performance requirements of various electrical wiring scenarios. Adopting an integrated precision stamping forming process, the terminal blocks are designed with anti-slip threads at wiring positions and thickened crimping surfaces, ensuring dual protection of wiring firmness and contact stability, and effectively avoiding heating problems caused by poor contact. The surface is treated with tin/nickel plating for oxidation resistance, enhancing environmental adaptability and enabling long-term use in common industrial environments such as humidity and dust. Meanwhile, the terminal blocks follow standardized specifications and offer easy installation, which can quickly match various mounting methods including guide rails and panels, greatly improving the efficiency of wiring construction.


Main Applications

As a basic hardware accessory in the field of electrical connection, brass terminal blocks are mainly used for circuit branching and busbar connection, and are widely applied in power distribution scenarios such as power distribution cabinets, distribution boxes, high and low voltage complete sets of equipment and industrial automatic production lines. They realize the safe connection between main circuits and branch circuits, simplifying the wiring structure of complex circuits. Quality Requirements

The quality control of brass terminal blocks focuses on electrical safety and service durability. First of all, they must meet the material purity requirement: the copper content of the brass used complies with industry standards (conventional H62/H65 brass), without defects such as impurities, blowholes and cracks, to ensure that electrical conductivity and mechanical strength meet the standards. Secondly, strict requirements are imposed on processing precision: the tolerance of wiring hole size and thread specification is controlled within ±0.05mm, and the crimping surface is flat without burrs, ensuring the fit and firmness during wiring and avoiding excessive contact resistance caused by processing errors. The surface treatment must meet the coating uniformity requirement: the thickness of tin/nickel plating layer is not less than 8μm, without missing plating, peeling and oxidation spots, effectively improving oxidation and corrosion resistance. In addition, terminal blocks must pass the withstand voltage and temperature rise test, operating for a long time under rated voltage and rated current with a temperature rise not exceeding the threshold specified by the industry and no breakdown or short circuit. They also have flame retardancy, and the shell (if any) must meet the V0 flame retardant standard to cope with unexpected situations such as sudden circuit overload and short circuit, ensuring the safe operation of the entire electrical system.
