Most of Dazhe's Steel CNC Machining Parts are made of carbon steel, processed through CNC techniques like cutting, milling and drilling.Carbon steel offers great machinability, moderate strength and good weldability, so it’s widely used for making gears, shafts, bolts and other components.

CNC machining generally has several steps: first we do the design with CAD modeling, then generate G-code via CAM software. Next comes workpiece clamping, followed by CNC machining—such as milling, turning, drilling and cutting—and finally surface treatments like quenching, tempering, galvanizing and nickel plating.

During the CNC machining process, we’ll pick the right cutting tools and parameters based on the steel’s properties and the part’s requirements, to make sure we get both precision and efficiency.
