The machining accuracy of stainless steel CNC machined parts mainly depends on machine tool precision, tool performance, machining process and the material characteristics of stainless steel (e.g., tendency to built-up edge, work hardening). The achievable accuracy grades are as follows:
1.Dimensional Accuracy
Standard CNC milling/turning: Tolerance can be stably controlled within ±0.01mm.
High-precision CNC machining (e.g., precision turn-mill compound machining, 5-axis machining): With a constant temperature workshop, tolerance can reach ±0.005mm, and even ±0.002mm for some complex parts.
2.Geometric Tolerance
