Dazhe’s China Black Electrophoretic Surface Stamping Parts is a surface treatment process that deposits metal ions onto the material surface via electrochemical reaction. Its working principle is as follows: the material is immersed in an electrophoresis tank, and under the action of electrodes, a smooth and dense electrophoretic film is formed on the material surface. By adjusting parameters such as current density and temperature, the thickness of the electrophoretic film can meet the required specifications, and a uniform black oxide layer is formed on the surface of the film.
