1). Electro Zinc Plating
This is our most popular and cost-effective choice. It creates a thin, uniform zinc layer to stop rust. It works great for most interior and under-hood auto brackets and small stamped parts under normal working conditions.
2). Zinc-Nickel Plating
Better anti-corrosion performance than regular zinc plating. It resists salt spray much longer, perfect for vehicles driving along coasts or snowy areas with road salt. Ideal for chassis and outdoor exposed stamping components.
3). Hot-dip Galvanizing
Super thick zinc coating with outstanding rust resistance. Suitable for thick heavy-duty steel stampings like large chassis supports. A bit rougher surface, not recommended for parts requiring tight dimensional tolerance.
4). Powder Coating
We supply black, gray or custom colors. The coating layer is thick, scratch-resistant and wear-proof. It improves both anti-rust performance and product appearance, widely used for visible exterior auto metal parts.
5). Passivation
Mainly for stainless steel stampings. It retains the original metal texture, smooths the surface and boosts oxidation resistance without changing part sizes. No extra colored coating.
6). Black Oxide / Blackening
Low-cost surface finish with slight anti-rust effect. Usually matched with oil sealing after treatment. Used for internal hidden small stampings with low corrosion requirements.
7). Chromate Conversion Coating
Comes in blue, yellow and iridescent colors. Adds extra anti-rust protection after zinc plating, greatly extending salt spray hours for standard auto stampings.
